Denis began his career at just thirteen, inspired by his father, one of Montreal's pioneering real estate brokers. In the mid-seventies, he was introduced to the trades while assisting with his father's residential properties. By sixteen, Denis was managing maintenance and repairs for multiple apartment buildings. He earned various certifications in Quebec, including general contracting, electrical, plumbing, and framing. With over forty years of experience, Denis now provides residential property owners with expert management and repair services, helping them save significantly.
